Appearances are deceiving but this incredible building is an exception to the rule. Originally made from concrete, a stripped back refurb in the early noughties actually found a way to make concrete visually stunning. The ground floor is actually a public space, with a decent cafe that has a salad bar and snacks along with hot drinks. The open plan reception area of free for all to enjoy. Check out the photos of the inside! Right near to Angel tube, good to rest your pins if you need a quick half hour.

Angel building is the Expedia office for London. Not open to the public as far as I know.

It does also have a new bar open to the public on the ground floor called "The 411" and a gym which I've not visited.

The building is very secure and has regular security and reception staff.

Beautifully crafted concrete and glass marvel. The Angel Building is a local landmark and features a huge central hall which breaks though all five floors to open up towards the sky. A huge spire-like artwork can be admired at the entrance. The top floor roof terrace (not publicly accessible) features impressive 360 degree views across London. Well worth a visit.

Nice building with a good roof top view. You need to work there though, the building is access protected for employees only. They have meetup sometimes (Expedia)
