Wow at last a super fast delivery and Sarah who answered my phone question was quick and emphatic
The iPhone 15 was essentially Brand New with a 100 battery health and indeed it was in Pristine condition and to top it off they upgraded me free of charge from a 128gb to a 256gb Amazing service stress free and I even took out the monthly insurance subscription

After my daughter's old iphone stopped working again, I decided it was time to stop spending money on it. I hadn't budgeted for a new handset, so needed something economic so we went with a refurbished iPhone 14 in 'good' condition. I've bought refurbished phones before, but never from here. The price was really good so I have to admit to being a bit concerned about what the quality of the handset would be like, given I picked the most 'used looking ' option. But when it arrived, I was really pleasantly surprised. Even though it was only 'good' you had to look hard to find a mark on it. There are a couple of tiny marks and a small scratch in the screen, but these are tiny and don't affect usability in any way at all. And the battery life was an amazing 100%! I'm really impressed. Will buy again and have already recommended to several friends. And my daughter is delighted with her new phone!

I bought a phone from TBPS that arrived the very next day, which was great. Unfortunately it had a fault but they were easy to communicate with (phone and email) and they did everything they could to help sort it out. In the end I had to return it and I got a full refund - the day they received it(!). In the meantime I took a chance and bought a replacement phone from them; it also arrived the next day, and it worked perfectly so I'm very satisfied. I know things like the original problem happen from time to time and I think the important thing is how brilliantly they dealt with it - hence the 5 stars.

Do not buy from this phone company.
They are a scam.
I bought an iPhone 14 Pro from them in pristine condition.
The first phone they sent me was used at best, but they did replace that one which was good.
But after a month of having the new phone, it began to not work and at times I couldn’t even use it.
The new phone had an internal fault (I took it to the Apple Store), and I hoped the issue would go away, but it didn’t so I sent it back.
They claimed I’d dropped it (even though I’ve never dropped it) and therefore they refuse to replace, refund, or repair my phone.
In some cases the phone is literally unusable, and the fact they are refusing to fix the issue (despite being in the warranty window is crazy.
I spent £649 on this phone, which I can’t use at times, and they refuse to replace.
This company is a SCAM!!!

Got quoted £175 for my old phone in good condition online so sent it over, only for them to claim
"Scratches/imperfections all over the frame
There are scratches/imperfections on all sides of the frame.

Back - Heavy
The back of the device has heavy scratches/dents/imperfections."
And then revise the offer to £130 or pay £20 to return the phone. The phone had very light markings where it had spent 18 months in a phone case.

Within the hour of accepting the revised offer they had listed it for resale on the website as, very good condition at £276.99 stating "the previous owner has taken good care of this device"

Absolute con artists looking to turn as much profit as possible. Disgusting company.

As outlined on the order page and in the terms and conditions you acknowledged, a device in 'Good' condition is defined as having “no damage, scratches, cracks, defects, chips, marks, or imperfections.”

You mentioned seeing the device listed on our site under 'Very Good' condition. This may have been a different device, as we also source from various suppliers. However, the criteria for 'Very Good' condition is defined as “showing light signs of usage with visible cosmetic marks and imperfections,” which aligns with the condition of your device.

Please refer to the attached images, which clearly show the marks we highlighted in our downgrade email.

Given this information, we kindly request that you reconsider removing or amending the review, as it contains factually incorrect details."

What this company can deem as "very good" to resale to its customers cannot be deemed as "good" to anyone trying to sell to them!

Unless you have had your device wrapped in cotton wool since purchase id advise selling to literally anyone else if you want to get the price quoted originally.

Please see attached pictures for what this company values as "poor" but will sell on as "very good"!!

Ordered a phone in the morning with guaranteed Next Day Delivery (6 hours before their stated cut off of 4pm). Phone didn't ship that day, called to ask what was happening, they said it would arrive in the afternoon a day later than stated as it hadn't even been processed yet.

That was no use to me as I needed it before travel, they promised they would ship it using a faster service so it would arrive by 9am a day later than originally stated. Fine, that would work and they assured me it would happen. Then later that day they said that wasn't possible, leaving it too late for me to purchase a phone from elsewhere before my travels.

They refunded my order promptly and with no problems, but caused me a huge amount of hassle having to travel on a long-term trip without a phone and try and sort it out from abroad. If they'd just been honest with what they could do then I could have purchased from elsewhere in time when Big Phone Store couldn't fulfill their delivery times.

I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the iPhone 12 Pro! The phone arrived in excellent condition—so flawless that I could barely tell it was renewed. It truly looked brand new, and I’ve experienced zero issues with it so far. The battery life is fantastic and lasts long enough to get through my busiest days without a hitch.

I was so impressed with the quality and value of this purchase that, a few months later, I decided to buy another one for my wife. She’s beyond happy with her phone, and it’s been working perfectly for her as well.
