Brilliant customer service. My son’s bike seat broke on the way back from school. They replaced his seat and pumped up his tyres while he waited for a really good price. A real local gem of a business!

Had a flat on our jogging buggy and fortunately came across the Bike Shed. Met a chap called James who had great customer service skills and diagnosed the problem. James acknowledged we had young children and advised us that he would call us when fixed. We thought that was very considerate.

These guys are great. Friendly, helpful and transparent. I use my bike for work and they have time and again kept me on the road. They are eBike experts and I've learned a lot just by talking to the guys, and they've saved me a lot of hassle with their knowledge and willingness to help, offering to lend parts and even a whole bike, until theyve found a solution. Very good service i went here a few days ago since my inner tube popped out they fixed it for a fiver and then a few days later my kickstands spring wouldnt stay on and they fixed it for free they are very good in there this is my go to place for any problems with my bike
