From our initial point of contact with the owner of the company, Jamie Shaw, I knew we could work with The Cloud Consultancy. The Cloud Consultancy are now our trusted Managed IT Service Provider and we have not looked back since appointing them. The Cloud Consultancy provide all our IT support. We have emergency 24/7 contact numbers, remote support and onsite visits when required. The Cloud Consultancy use Remote Management Monitoring (RMM) s/w and are always proactive letting us know when our machines need attention. The Cloud Consultancy setup, provision and support our Office 365 environment. They also provide our Cyber Security.
From a creative perspective The Cloud Consultancy created our company logo, developed our website and now host it.
