I had to take the Mandatory Training. I have been taking mandatory for a number of years in a previous post and they were fine but I found your Mandatory Training was definetly over the top 87 slides to cover Data Protection took me ages to complete. This needs streamlined people going for jobs have enough forms to fill out without having to spend hours watching slides before they can complete tests.

Found the courses informative. There is a great deal of reading but this is supported with a person reading. However it could be improved with more visual learn tools to help those who absorb information better with this aid of teaching.
Some information was incorrect when giving the number of a section, to child protection act for example.
Example: The information in the learning tool states section 47 for police intervention in the protection of children at high risk. In the test is states it is section 46. Making it a little misleading.
The course was good and I personally enjoyed the experience.

The learning experience was smooth and easy to navigate. The content was well-structured and clearly presented, which made it easy to follow and understand. The text was fair and accessible, helping me grasp the concepts without feeling overwhelmed. However, one aspect that interfered slightly with the training was the persistent drop-down menu bar containing options like "Dashboard," "E-learning," and "Purchase My Certificate." It would be more user-friendly if the menu disappeared more quickly, rather than requiring the user to scroll down and up for it to go away.

Really good training... the slides were clear and easy to follow. Covered all the main topics and explained things well. Would be even better with some videos or audio to mix it up a bit.
