The manager at this shop is shockingly rude, with absolutely no sense of professionalism. Her behavior is unacceptable—shouting and swearing at customers is beyond disgraceful. No one should be spoken to like that, human being to human being. This store is supposed to represent the local community, but her attitude completely undermines that. Frankly, it makes you want to avoid this place altogether and shop somewhere like Aldi, where you don’t have to deal with such appalling treatment from staff.

Disgusting level of service. Management need training in how to deal with customers. I’d rather walk a mile to the next co-op or go hungry than have to deal with such shocking service again

Prices here are a little higher than the big four supermarkets. A good range of items are stocked in a handy town centre location. The staff are all helpful and friendly, the store is compact and well laid out, making things easy to find. Sometimes a bit of a queue to pay for your purchases.

Rude staff member and poor customer service. I am severely outraged and disheartened. Staff members Kim rude and tried to dismiss me from purchasing from a public shop after being served many times without identification. Sort it out!

Friendly staff and a decent range of products when they have actually filled the shelves. Some of their range is a little on the obscure side for a shop of that size whilst popular items have been discontinued

Staff friendly apart from one called Pat she doesn't trust her customers at all makes sure she is holding the cigarettes and any other shopping you are buying in till she has grabbed your money first I will be taking my custom elsewhere where I'm not being treated like a criminal
