I inherited a mower from my father, not a clue how to use it. Several years later and it packs up. We've had a hate/hate relationship and after 30 mins of trying to get it working I decide throw it but I was persuaded to get it looked at. I approached them on line and got a response the same day. Booked the mower in and after 2x weeks it was ready. Exactly as per the quote. Picked it up only to learn there was a key start and it fired up instantly. I am delighted with the service and would definitely recommend. The mower chomped through the first cut of the year with ease.

Initially used CUTTING EDGE , as my father used to get is gardening stuff from there , so I did too , as a consumer , found the team to be knowledgeable and honest , never tried to oversell rather would ask what the equipment was being used for , how big is the garden etc , now I’m a Gardner we buy all our equipment from there and the same five star service is extended to us , again Dee always asks what and where the equipment is going to be used and often recommends a better choice . Mark who leads the service team is just brilliant and always fixes our tools . Thanks guys your brilliant 💪🏽

Recommended. I took my old petrol mower in for repair. I really appreciated the honesty that it was not worth repairing. Good advice then given about possible cordless mowers to replace it. A friendly and professional service.

Tried to have them look at my lawnmower as they are the approved repair centre. Upon arrival I was asked “why I bought cheap rubbish” and told to “send it back and get a refund”. When asked, they refused to give me anything in writing or look at the lawnmower further. It seems everyone giving positive reviews is obviously having a very different experience to the one I had, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended Cutting Edge by a gardener who works at Harrow School as I needed to sharpen my garden tools. Delighted with the service as tools now have a new lease of life. The best thing about Cutting Edge is Dee, who owns the business. He’s extremely friendly and offers great customer service.

Excellent, friendly welcome, knowledgeable and efficient service. Proprietor is generous with time discussing options. Just a good feel to the place. Chain saw sharpening is excellent and when one of mine wasnt repairable he was very reasonable. May be back in New year for a replacement. Will certainly be back for services and sharpening.
