Last week the starter went out on my Mercedes-Benz. Where I’m located it’s actually pretty difficult to find a mechanic that works on foreign cars and luckily it was just my starter! I contacted Richard from The Dirty Dipstck Mobile Car Repair and within 24 hours he had my car up and running again. I highly respect the fact that he walked me through the details of getting the parts and the price it would be for the labor of fixing and not once did I feel like I was being ripped off and I appreciate that he fit me in so quickly into his busy schedule. Relieved to say the least and happily impressed. Most definitely gonna be sticking with the Dirty Dipstick for all of my vehicles future needs!

We had a check engine light come on in our 2015 Ford Expedition. We took it to our normal mechanic shop in Oakhurst but unfortunately they were backlogged several weeks. As we had a trip coming up we were in an unfortunate situation. Our mechanic shop mentioned “the Dirty Dipstick” so I called Richard who immediately knew what the letter/number Code meant(I have a code reader). He was able to schedule time the very next day, arranged for likely parts needed based on the code, and arrived at our house and fixed the vehicle. The check engine light was fixed and we went on our trip 2K+ miles and the CEL did not return. Needless to say we are very happy and recommend Richard highly.

Richard went above and beyond to repair our vehicle. Going in to Yosemite on Sunday on a holiday weekend so that our Jeep would be back on the road for work on Monday! Dirty Dipstick is fast, professional, and goes above and beyond! I highly recommend!

Reached out and contacted this company because of their excellent rating. Made 3 calls #1 call spoke to a gentleman who was under a car at the time. He called me back and we discussed my needs. He said the work I wanted done would be performed by a guy named Eric and that Eric would call me. No call from Eric. Then call #2 no answer left detailed message and asked for a return call. No call. Call#3. No answer left another message and guess what. No call back.
Seems to me that is bad customer service. If they weren't interested in the job a call back telling me so would have been appreciated.
