From beginning to end my experience of dealing with Alan and Aaron has been nothing short of exceptional. Their friendly, professional and meticulous attitude to their work is why their name got to me through word of mouth, and I was not disappointed by my experience or the results.

The Double Glazing Repair Man has carried out three jobs for me recently and I am over the moon with all work carried out.

Alan and Aaron have recently repaired an old tilt and slide patio door which had derailed, replaced an external porch door unit and helped plan works and fit a new door to the side of my garage where previously there had not been access.

I will definitely be asking the lads back for future jobs that I have planned, and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a job done well and for a very reasonable and competitive price.

We are so pleased we came across ‘The Double Glazing Repair Man’ on the internet. Alan came round and looked at what we needed and gave us advice. We were very happy with the quote. Then Alan and Aaron came round to fit two new windows and new handles on existing windows. One of them was huge and we admired how they worked together to fit this window. They were clean, tidy and very pleasant. My daughters quality of life has increased as you will see from the before and after photos. Thank you for a job well done.

You will not find two more friendly, consciencous, honest, lovely lads than Alan & Shaun, who really know their business and don't take your eyes out!! I am so pleased I found them, they have put a lot of hassle & stress to an end for me. I had a brand new door & 2 upstairs windows fitted just over a year ago, however, they all were letting in bad drafts, the company then ceased trading so I had to go through the insurance that came with the company, which involved chasing 3 different companies for quotes, all of which said they couldn't fix & quoted for new windows, then insurance was trying to get out of paying! I found Alan & Shaun who came in, explained everything that they would do step by step to make sure I was happy before proceeding. They got on with the job efficiently and I couldn't believe they were able to fix both windows and doors! Perfect! Alan even fixed 2 older windows , that he said was a quick fix, free of charge! I couldn't be more grateful to them, they will always be my 1st stop if I ever needed anymore work done. Do not hesitate to contact these lads first, I promise you will not be dissapointed! One happy lady here! 😁

Absolutely brilliant service from Aaron who arrived on time, was very pleasant and conscientious, did an excellent job sealing around our windows and doors as well as replacing the hinges on our bedroom window. Very reasonable price too, thank you very much. I would highly recommend this Company.

Excellent service, really friendly, honest and professional. They fixed my patio door that had a broken hinge and their cost was reasonable. I had replacement glass fitted to two windows. I received a very professional, honest service and paid a reasonable price. I thought I may need more work done but Alan was honest about the extent of the repairs. Fitters where friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Glass is a perfect fit.
