Was told they could sleeve a defect on our drain. They came, dug a hole for access, decided they couldn't do it, filled the hole and left and charged us £350 for the privilege

I had a soil stack replacement and a toilet moved and I just wanted to say. What an amazing company you are and that Mark and James have done an amazing job. I found them to be very friendly and hard working especially in this weather it was not an easy job. I have tried to get a plumber to do the job for weeks and none ever turned up. I wish I had called you first it could have been done weeks ago. Also please thank Josh for keeping in contact with me

Tried all over Hull to get a replacement butane gas bottle to fit my old gas fire. The guy at Drain Company could not have been more helpful. Took a week but he sourced one for me. 5 STAR SERVICE.
