Very appreciative that CSE pointed me in the direction of these guys and the scheme. Just had the process and installation completed of my storage heater and I must say it's improved my quality of life, specially in the winter. Doing 4 stars as the process overall took nearly a year to complete and some of the installation details where not entirely what I was told by the advisers on the phone but other than that very happy overall

Genuinely very impressed with everything from start to finish. This wasn’t the first time somebody had offered eco building materials. So I was unsure if it was the real deal. I can honestly say it’s the best thing we ever did with anything through the letterbox. Will and co were very helpful, down to sending structural surveys of our roof. Solar sense were pretty immaculate, down to the electrician being very considerate of our house. Couldn’t ask for more and pairing with Octopus as a provider, it’s been great. Thanks!

I apologize for my late reply to your email. My dealings with your company was very limited, consisting only of a couple of phone calls from your office and the subsequent visit of your surveyor Wills. I found Wills visit a pleasant experience, Wills took numerous photos of the interior of my property.
Following this, I discussed with Wills my disappointment that although the original survey resulted in my being told that my existing Night Storage Heaters would be replaced through out by more efficient heaters, I was later told that funding was not available, and that the heaters would not be replaced.
Wills intimated that your company might be able to do something to facilitate the upgrading of my ancient heaters when funding becomes available. !!!

Only had the solar panels fitted but the whole process was superb from start to finish. Dealing with everyone was so simple and they were all so efficient that no problems whatsoever were encountered. 10 out of 10 to everyone concerned.
