Yesterday a guy called David Willoughby from the electric board came to my shop moo Turkish Barber in Newcastle he was really pleasant and offered to take a look at my Electricity invoice as I know I was being over charged. He give me excellent advise and offered me full management of my account free. David is now looking to make my business a saving in the coming weeks and makes me very happy I can get such a good service locally. I would recommend using this company and David as he was very very helpful. Thank you

Great company and excellent staff. Dan Singh dealt with all our needs and he was a pleasure to speak to. My colleagues joked that my mate was ringing whenever I couldn't get to the phone as he was such a nice chap and just had a chat with you while sorting things out. He got us on to a better contract and saved us some money while doing so. Not one of those calls you try to avoid. Would definitely recommend

Well let's be honest I thought as a Trustee of a busy workingman's club that we had done everything in our power to sort out our energy bill.How wrong I was a very helpful gentleman Mr Dan Singh got in touch and we went through all the details of supplier etc and within a couple of days we had managed to take two-thirds of the apparent outstanding bill off and further to that I am in the process of claiming a reduction in the vat that has been wrongly applied. All the necessary forms were supplied by the electric board. Trust me you have nothing to lose and it was the best thing that we as a club could have done I highly recommend that you give these guys a try very pleased indeed.

The gentleman who called in to see if I was interested in changing suppliers coincidently came when I was once again complaining to British Gas! He was extremely knowledgeable &helpful, taking over the complaint on my behalf & using his knowledge to challenge them..... above & beyond!! When the outstanding issues are sorted I will definitely feel confident to take his advice regarding a future account.

Shuhena at the electric board is absolutely fabulous at her job. been left in bad contracts from Utility Wise and Shuhena has fixed it all with a lot of hard work, a lot of time and energy has gone into fixing this and i could not thank her enough. I usually don't have much time for the agents who call pestering me about the company utilities but Shuehena was very pleasant from the start which is why i gave her the chance to look at our issue and i'm very glad i did.

Professional, extremely helpful and just a joy to work with.

So much help has been received free of charge including checking the tariffs that we were on, correcting VAT rates being charged, and aligning the many utility contracts we have. Very much appreciated and recommended.
