He guided us through the process of adjusting our boiler and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble – he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience completely stress-free. I was recommended to this company by a friend. I telephoned and was put onto an advisor called Craig. I found him so helpful and was advised the type of heater that would suit my requirements. Craig gave me a quote which compared favourably with other suppliers. He said the heater would be delivered in 2 days from completing the order and this was carried out once I had made my decision. The heater is now installed and working and I find it very effective. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

The products do what they say with fast APC delivery. The team are at the end of the phone with great tech support if needed. Just fitted my Slim Jim ( already have some great electric wifi enabled radiators ) ... silence is golden ... Thank you.

Great job well done and very happy so far!! I had been looking to get my storage heaters updated for years and had been quoted from other companies outrageous prices for not even half of what I got, I then came across EHC who put me into contact with Paul, was so impressed with EHC customer service and then Paul, from meeting Paul to getting the job completed was a week with the job itself being competed in half a day! Not one bit of mess was left and just an overall good experience, would highly recommend 👍🏽

They have an overall technical, sales, etc , departments that are very helpful indeed, in any situation with their clients. EHC Ltd are a very proffesional team that will handle your project with ease, including John( technical department) , Mark, Chris. Will use and have EHC Ltd again for any of our projects. I can only recommend them highly . Very happy with their products.

Purchased a boiler online in October. 3 phase boiler. Packaging arrived saying 3 phase on it. When I came to have the boiler installed in January it turned out it was single phase (so wrong product) that could only be discovered once the boiler was opened up for the electricians to look at.

Called the company, they first got very angry, told me because I didn't have the cardboard box it come in I couldn't return it, then when I pushed and said you sold me the wrong item so I can, they refused and pressure sold me another unit. When that arrived by then my electrician could make use of the first boiler to convert it to 3 phase so this new one was not needed.

I rang to return this newly delivered, unopened boiler and again the man (John) instantly started swearing and getting angry and told me he would not accept the return. When I pushed the issue again he told me its up to me to send it back, at my cost, and when they get it they would see. He said if it arrives damaged we cannot refund you... which was odd to say.

So I opened the box, filled it full of 3 inches of bubble wrap all around, every angle, then video taped it being sealed up.

Amazingly when they got it they claimed it was damaged beyond repair. I immediately called the courier who said when he delivered it the company wanted to sign for it as "damaged" before they even looked at it and also said we deliver back to this company a lot and they always want to sign for things as damaged when the box is perfect.

Questioning it I received photos from the company, showing the product looking exactly like how I got it delivered, but say that its damaged and they cannot refund me.

I find it incredibly suspicious that they refused to return the first product they sent wrong, refused to return the new product that was pressure sold, when I pushed hard their first comment was if it arrives damaged we cannot accept it.

I'm £2400 out of pocket to them, with one boiler thats the wrong type I have had to convert and pay electricians for, another they have had back, still have, and refuse to refund.

They have breached many business standards and laws including pressure sales, refusal to return 2 products, and in my eyes are doing this often to others

EHC have a highly experienced technical department who are always on hand to assist. whilst fitting my first electric boiler they were happy to stay on the phone and talk me through the setup.
