What a great company! I have done two relatively big orders recently and both have been delivered super quick. When i'd emailed to check on the status of my order, (due to another company not receiving my online order), my emails were quickly replied to. A really great company with very helpful staff. Highly recommend and many thanks.

They offer a great range of products, but stock availability is misleading. Nothing seems to be ready for immediate dispatch, even if they say it is. Delivery always takes at least a week, often longer, two weeks is a safer bet.

I've ordered several times and there's always been some issue. Whenever I call, I'm told the order will be dispatched that day, but it never is. A few days later, it's the same story. It feels like they're just telling you what you want to hear.

I’ll keep using them because of the product range, but only with realistic expectations around delivery. Would have been 5 stars if not for the unreliable communication.

Products they offer are terrible quality. And took multiple weeks and multiple calls to get my refund back to me. Check you are charged the right amount and triple check when expecting a refund - because they like to keep your money.
They clearly dont open their phone lines at 08.30 - honestly so long to get anything simple done with this company - i'd advise shopping elsewhere.

Delivery arrived but was several days over the due date (almost two weeks in total). Once returned it took two months for almost £400 to be returned.

Can't recommend them enough. Was given an invoice of £1200 by our plumber for parts at his wholesaler, thought to myself this looks expensive! So I did the order on electrical counter myself - exact same items for under £700. To make matters better Charlotte was extremely helpful in getting the items that were available to me next day so my electrician could start, the ones that weren't available promptly came the day after! Thanks for all your help 🙂

Won't recommend it due to false claim about delivery time, especially if you need the items within certain timeframe.

When I completed the order, it mentioned 'Delivery 3 - 5 Days'. But unfortunately my order took more than a week - I heard nothing from them after 5 days, I had to chase up and found out they have to order in direct from the manufacturer.
