The Elm Tree, Hundleby was the perfect venue for our Autumn micro-wedding. The team worked with us to make everything feel effortless, from booking to the day itself. They recommended wonderful local suppliers, and the place is just picture perfect for photos too! The morning after, they treated us and our guests to the most wonderful, relaxed breakfast, which was just what we all needed. It was simply unbe-leaf-able! 🍂

The Elm Tree is a beautiful, magical place that is perfect for intimate weddings! We are so glad we booked here for our April wedding.
Jonathan & Nikki were fantastic throughout the process, they were friendly, and knowledgeable. Willing to try to make your dream come true.
They managed calls and messages from people who were questioning things (who maybe shouldn't) with fantastic professionalism and supported us throughout the day.
I would only say contacting was sometimes a little difficult and as I am not pushy, sometimes felt a little unsure if I had forgotten things or whether I had covered all bases.
We were also disappointed that all of the rooms were not included in the total price for the weekend package or at least at a discounted price, this felt cheeky as they would be unable to rent the rooms out anyway due to the bridal suite being booked. However, every room was gorgeous with its own en suite. Beds were comfy and clean, snacks, teas and coffees all available for those staying.

The outdoor space was immaculate! I am only saddened the weather wasn't better for us to enjoy it more! The gazebo where you can be married is such a beautiful space, with a secret garden walk and brilliant grounds for garden games.... what more could you ask for?
The fairy lights that come on when it gets dark just added to the magic!

The food was amazing too! Able to cater for ALL types of allergies and diets safely and effectively! The team worked their butts off the entire day and did it with a huge smile on their faces too!

I cannot thank them enough and wish we could do it all again! <3

The most perfect day!!
We got married here in May 2024. Perfect from start to finish.
Food was amazing, from the delicious breakfast to the sumptuous afternoon tea and evening BBQ.
Comfortable rooms and beautifully decorated and exquisite garden.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day.

I went for afternoon tea with a group of friends, we all really enjoyed the afternoon. Great selection of mini sandwiches and lots of different mini cakes, biscuits, scones and a chocolate mousse, all home made by the lovely hosts. Plus as much tea as you wanted.
The room was really well presented, smashing table,chairs and dressers, even a piano. Lovely way to cheer everyone up.

The Elm Tree has to be one of the finest establishments in Lincolnshire. From Wedding Venue to B&B, and fantastic afternoon teas. You will not fin a better venue, and you will not find more professional owners (and staff) to help you.
