Good acoustics but severely lacking in customer service with Security that don't speak English and sky high bar prices where Β£17.90 for 2 pints are advertised as a promotional price. Absolutely ripping off customers with their F&B. Bought my daughter a cup of chips, Β£4.90 almost the same price I paid for a 25kg sack. No reason to charge these prices except to profiteer from customers. Other venues around Scotland are on average 30% cheaper.

Costs inside the centre are crazy high, not good considering the high cost of event tickets at the moment. Parking costs are even higher (the bus is not convenient for all event goers, eg. those who live out of town). I find it's actually more pleasant to make a day of it in Glasgow or elsewhere to see the same event, and not much more expensive. Sad when you should be proud of your own city's venues.

Visited for the first time to watch Paul Smith. Getting into the venue was quite quick and easy, parked in the underground parking. Was quite shocked at the prices for food, never even bothered looking at the drink prices! Β£2.99 for 100g Pick 'n' Mix, Β£17 for Dirty Chips!! Made my Aberdonian wallet self seal! Complex facilities were good however at half time break the corridor was jammed and you couldn't get anywhere. Getting back to the car was easy enough, but that's when the fun started. Took 45 minutes to exit the parking and get out onto the airport road. When in the parking cars from other queues were cutting across the empty spaces and pushing in meaning further back you were going nowhere. Exiting out onto Airport road and A96 towards AWPR was horrendous.

Big but misleading direction or road. Walk and find for 30 minutes. When you arrivef TECA you will lost your direction.

Fabulous event - Les Miserables. Unfortunately most staff are temporary and not fully trained. Tickets for party of 12 booked online and showing on phone. Staff refused to let us in until everyone in our party arrived.we arrived at least an hour before the performance and the others were not far behind us.
One member of staff in particular at the entrance to the hall from the underground carpark was shouting and abusive. We had 2 members with extreme walking difficulties but no assistance offered. After almost an hour he directed us through another door with 3 flights of very steep stairs which were.not normal use to the general public where we had to go outside in the pouring rain and gale force winds while our tickets were reprinted - one at a time!! We then had to rush through the entrance to be shouted at by the staff " hurry up or it will start and we won't let you in!!". Got part of the way to our seats when all the lights went out and it was complete darkness as we tried to negotiate the stairs. Absolutely awful experience. Thank goodness Alfie Boe and the rest of the brilliant cast made it worth while . As it was the last day of the musical I can only assume that the staff were ready to go home.

The show itself was great. Had seat on floor towards the rear, unless your over 7ft you won’t see nothing apart from top of the stage, so for Β£50+ it was like watching TV. The bars are a joke, as they ran out of small bottles of wine, (which filled a glass) and you could only buy a 750ml bottle poured into two Pint glasses. It appears they are incapable of pouring a glass as all other bars world wide can do
