Avoid this place at the weekend. Iv been before in the week and it’s ok but went on Sunday and nearly walked out asking for a refund. The place is chaos (which you can expect to some level)
Big kids in the toddler area with no one around to supervise the area to direct them out of there. There where 2 adult swinging around one of the apparatus right near where my daughter was playing and if they had come off they’d of fallen right into her. Again no staff Manning the area. So as you can imagine I wasn’t best pleased.
The place needs a good clean. There is dirt and dust around a lot of the soft play areas.
Also as it was busy every table was full and there is no walk way over to the ball pit and other activities and NOBODY moves for you. Shame as it has potential but we won’t be returning.

Noisy as expected..lovely staff and coffee..a lot of tables n chairs all crammed in with approx 1ft apart your chair is pretty much back to back with the next table..wouldn't like to be trying to get out in an emergency.
But our granddaughter had great fun.

Visited today at around lunchtime, staff very welcoming and helpful 😊

Place is super clean and staff are always keeping busy!

There was loads for the children to do, also great food choices!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, will certainly be back again kids LOVED IT 😊

Hot chocolate was delicious 😊 Kids had a great time thanks. Not to busy even on bank holiday. Clean, and staff on point, asking kids to go down slide correctly.

We brought our toddler here on her 3rd birthday on a week day and it was really quiet.
We mentioned to a staff member Faye that it was our little girls birthday and she went above and beyond to make a fuss of her.
She was mostly on her own that day welcoming people, booking in, checking out, serving and cleaning tables and nothing was too much for her.
She gave our little girl a complimentary party bag and made me the best hot chocolate I’d ever had.

Fun factor is reasonably priced, spotless and well ran.
Faye is a credit to the staff.

We visited for the first time today with children aged 5 and 8. They loved every minute and had such a variety of facilities to use! The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The food was of great quality with really quick service and the centre and equipment were very clean too.

Avoid at all costs! I wish we’d have read the reviews on here before visiting! We stayed for less than an hour and paid nearly £12 (ridiculously expensive given our child is only 1 year old!). There are supposed to be two dedicated baby and toddler play areas but this is a free for all. Older kids running and diving around in this section, climbing up and jumping off the gates without any consideration for the actual babies and toddlers trying to play. The staff couldn’t care less, neither could their parents who were sat on mobile phones the whole time - we had to tell a few kids to be careful of smaller babies but they took no notice! This place is a liability waiting to happen in all honesty and we won’t be returning!!
