From initial quote to dealing with the office and then the fitting I was very pleased with the service throughout. George who installed the boiler had great attention to detail and you could tell he took pride in his work. Our boiler was being moved location and all his pipework was superb. He was also more than willing to work with me to ensure the pipes were positioned best for other work that was to be carried out. There was a small issue with the boiler but he had passed me his personal number and he was back out at 7 am the following morning to make it right. Would definitely recommend and were significantly cheaper the British Gas quotes

Got my new boiler fitted less than 12months ago ,to discover a leak coming from an inline filter (installed by them) only to be told its not covered by warranty it's buggers believe to think what else is not ,would highly NOT to recommend 🤡

Excellent once again. We are delighted with our new boiler & shower enclosure. This was the only company prepared to fit the above without a complete new bathroom! First call with Amy was informative & friendly, no sales pressure, reassuring me she was just a call away, big thank you for all the help.
The team yesterday enthusiastic, non intrusive, completed the job despite some minor issues
Best of all ; the bathroom, hall & stairwell was left immaculate, hoovering & cleaning before they left. We wish them every success.

Everyone I dealt with at The Glasgow Boiler Company were very helpful and professional. Angela did our survey and gave great advice about boiler choice, finance options, warranties and aftercare. Ann in the office kept us up to date regarding dates and times for fitting our new boiler. On the day Stuart the installation engineer was efficient and kept us up to date with developments and was quick to rectify a minor issue. The area was left clean and Stuart spent time explaining the new system to us before leaving. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company .

Absolutely delighted with my new boiler and the service we received.  We contacted the Glasgow Boiler Company for a quote and Ann came back to us really quickly to arrange a survey.  Angela came out a day later and surveyed our space and answered all the questions that we had, she was very knowledgeable.  Arrangements were made for our Boiler to be fitted the following week due to a cancellation and Andrew and Patrick arrived bright and early and had our Boiler fitted super quick, they work really well as a team.  They were extremely professional, cheery and tidied up any mess that they made and then explained how the boiler and thermostat worked.  Overall, very happy with my boiler and the service we received was excellent.  Staff are very friendly and efficient and both Angela and Ann followed up with a courtesy call afterwards.  Would definitely recommend.

I was apprehensive about getting a new boiler, but it had to be replaced as it was over 20 years old. I decided to contact Glasgow boiler company for a quote, and then after speaking to Anne and Angela decided to get a boiler fitted. From the start of the job to it finishing i was not disappointed. Anne was always so lovely and helpful on the phone. Angela came out to my house and explained what type of boiler would be suitable and also when I had any questions they were both very prompt in their replies. If I could give Brian the boiler man 5 plus star review I would. He went above and beyond. There was no tap to switch of my water in the house and he traced all the pipe work back, and got it switched off. He was polite, courteous and very hard working, explained everything and left absolutely no mess. The boiler was fitted in a day. I couldn’t be home for Andrew to come out the next day for my safety check, he kindly phoned a member of my family just before he arrived so they could be in my house for him arriving. Outstanding service from them all and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

My boiler installation was yesterday and was being moved from one location in the house to another, even though it was proving to be a difficult job, Andy, Patrick and a another nice guy on work training got stuck in and resolved the issues faced with speed and efficiency. Nice hardworking polite guys. Very happy with the installation and the house was left tidy . I would highly recommend the Glasgow Boiler Company. Additional thanks to Angela who took time to advise and deal with all my questions and queries, and not forgetting Ann for arranging the service provided. Best decision ever to use this company. Thanks guys

I had a great experience dealing with the Glasgow boiler company. Firstly (Anne &Angela) in the office were always polite and accommodating - on two occasions I had to reschedule my install due to work and they were more than happy to accommodate this. My boiler needed to be moved to a new location in my home, I thought this would mean opening up holes in my ceiling but Andrew and Patric managed to root all the new pipe work without removing any of the plasterboard. I’m sure this would have made their job harder but shows their commitment to keeping the customer happy.
