Very Rude and calls repeatedly despite being told to email and we will contact them if/when we are in a position to look at our current contracts. Its almost like we have nothing better to do than look at energy contracts 24/7 with these people and multiple other supposed energy brokers.

Very misleading, duped us into a contract with prices like no other and now when we want to move away threatening us with breach of contract. Stay clear. I asked for a reduction in standing charge and he sends a form which I fill only to find out it was an extension.

Please do not fall for any of this companies sales talk and false promises.
We were promised the safety net of a product that once prices dropped we could switch immediately on to. Surprisingly now the market has dropped this product is not yet up and running and they don’t know when it will be.
Having dealt with them for a few months now it is obvious they are purely driven by their own sales commission and not at all by customer service and savings.

Really impressed with this company, we dealt with a chap named Andrew Brewer who was extremely open, honest and helpful with his advice. All the energy brokers obviously get a commission, but he was clear and up front about all the details. He even helped us with a problem with information on our credit score. I have dealt with a lot of energy brokers these past few weeks and can't speak as highly of them, it really felt like the 'wild west' trying to get our small business energy sorted. Andrew was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

What a fantastic company...especially when people do their job because they really want to help. Samantha Childs went that extra mile to get the care home a fab deal. She's amazing to be honest..saw us all the way through..so efficient and pleasant as well. She made it do easy and did everything for us. She's great to chat to..nothing is enough trouble for her. I have had to again, contact Samantha Childs this morning following a further scam call from 'EON' and I cannot express how grateful I always am for her help! I emailed, she got back to me straight away, took the details, contacted the proper EON and got back to me to confirm yes it was a scam!
