Zero stars for aftercare!! 4 calls advising we were a priority after no hot water or heating over the weekend, Monday 8PM still no contact from them. Although the actual boiler is fine and Worcester Bosch came out the same day, advised it was the filter and to get in touch with the company who fitted it. Still cold, no heating or hot water and no call back!!! Shocking service.

Absolutely useless can't get intoch now something has gone wrong with my boiler after only six months. When I booked for the installation they let me down had day off work waiting all day did not turn up. Was without a boiler for nearly two weeks in the freezing cold.

What a bunch of cowboys. Boiler is great ,but there's a problem with the in line filter . Been leaving messages for 2 days with no reply. Thank God for YouTube , showed me how to fix the problem myself. Meanwhile I am still waiting for a reply from Butch Cassidy or the Sundance Kid. Aftercare?
