If I have to review the last person who was assigned to me to help me I'll definitely leave him 5 stars, however the rest ppl from this company are real nightmare.
I been discriminated on multiple occasions, disability discrimination, ethnicity discrimination they tried bullying me. I tried to change profession but was refused by one of the managers Jenn Wright any interview or anything related to the fact I want to switch from security to customer service.
In some point I became homeless for 3 days total and that second this happened this company turns around and said that they cannot help me anymore. At this moment looking for solicitor to sue them for all the discrimination.

Additionally, while I hold a computer engineering certificate from my home country, the agent has dismissed my qualifications and insisted on assigning me a physically demanding delivery role that requires lifting up to 25 kg. This is simply beyond my physical capabilities, given my health conditions.

Nathan Jones had my Start Up loan application for 2.5 months. Lied about it's status because they weren't working on it at the time. I've previously worked NWES who processed my documents in 2 weeks successfully. I've now had my application transferred back over to them. If you're not in a rush, I'm sure they'll sort you out eventually. But reading the other reviews, you won't get anything done here quickly.

The receptionist or whoever is in charge of answering the phone at the Trafford branch is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been going back and forth with her about a course, I originally contacted them a few months back and she said someone from the recruitment team would get back to me. Nobody contacted me, a week ago again I called them, she claimed she was on holiday or something and said someone would contact me, again nobody did. I called again today and she said it might have been her colleagues I spoke to and I have to wait for someone from the recruitment team to contact me 🤣🤣She’s not tried explaining why nobody contacted me all this time. Pathetic

Best college I've ever been to! I had the BEST experience at The Growth Company for my Access to Higher Education course. I learned so much about my subject but also had fun at the same time. The building is stunning. And tutors are incredibly supportive, professional and knowledgeable, especially Claire, Serena and Oliver. I am beyond grateful and would recommend The Growth Company to anyone looking to do a Level 3 course. I cannot thank The Growth Company enough for all they have done for me. It has been an amazing experience studying with you, THANK YOU!

Hello,

All I can say is stay away; it will damage your mental health completely. Bad experience, so unprofessionally; rude, bullying, condescending, and terrible communication or no communication; please avoid it at all costs.

Shocking service and horrendous after-support: they fail to contact you; they don't listen; the courses they have are so childish and condescending towards the unemployed participants; they are also not qualified to teach the core subject; Please spend your time in college instead with a fully qualified tutor; you will be passed from advisor to advisor, explaining your needs all over again and also sounding like a parrot on repeat.
Warning: service users Keep your mouth shut and say nothing to your advisor; everything gets written down. Your personal information doesn't remain private and confidential; every advisor knows your ins and outs about your private life—a big daily gossip around the office, breaking claimant confidentiality, and also having no privacy. In an open office plan, everyone can hear your personal information, and if you complain, they will mess you about and make it like you have some kind of problem or issue.

They are literally picking on the weakest, most vulnerable people in society and psychologically harming you, thinking they are above you, taking advantage of you, and treating you like a piece of trash on the floor. Without the unemployed, participants these advisors would be unemployed themselves.

After the advisors treat you this way, they ask why you don't want to engage; with the programme, they are literally not living in the real world. You provided me with rubbish customer support, speaking down to me in the most rude, condescending tone, and then asking me in return to engage seriously.

I have recently decided to join another training provider. It's like night and day; you will get respect, human dignity, and equality—no condescending words spoken down to by any members of staff, and mostly you feel welcome. So if you consider using this company as a training provider, think twice.
Even though your scheme is mandatory for 12 months, look elsewhere for help. There are plenty of alternatives and ways to help meet your universal credit work commitments.

All these providers only care about is making money out of you and funding at the taxpayer's expense to fund their private company shareholders. Each participant is worth thousands of pounds over the 12-month period.

We were visited by the Growth Company in November 2022 with the intention of providing training to me, an employee of the company I work for. Before telling me what courses were available I had to provide ALL of my personal data - name, address, DOB, national insurance number etc which I found odd. I expressed interest in a few courses and have sent multiple emails trying to follow up on this training. Heard nothing constructive and plenty of excuses. I have just exercised my rights under data protection law to have my personal information deleted. A complete waste of time and a shame this company has access to government grants.
