Executive style comfort on the No. 36 between Leeds and Ripon and all for £2 a journey as of November’24. Regular stop announcements and USB charging points for all seats surely make this the optimum mode of travel.

This morning I was here waiting for bus number 36 to go to Leeds for an important business, from 7:50 to 8:28 no bus came, on time a bus came which unfortunately was full and didn't stop for us, it's a shame that the bus company Harrogate cannot provide them with a normal service. You citizens must be accountable to the people who pay taxes.Finally, the bus came at 8:48.

Buses are supposed to be every 10 minutes like their big adverts say.

A bus shows up! And then as I stick my hand out changes to bus full - but that was a lie- only two people standing.

Next bus, cancelled.

By this point something from First eventually turned up.

Contacted customer services - open 9 till 5?

No answer. Couldn't care less.

Hopeless company who tell lies.

Windows on buses are locked! The "clean air" does not work , no air flow, very hot , also when people cough and sneeze we have to all breath it since the windows are locked!

I've used Transdev a few times to get around Yorkshire, and while the buses are generally reliable and on time, I've had a few issues with overcrowding during peak hours. The buses can get quite cramped and uncomfortable, which isn't ideal for a long journey. However, the drivers are friendly and helpful, and the fares are reasonable. Overall, I'd say that Transdev is a decent option for getting around, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and space on the buses.

Myself and another elderly lady, me with a walking stick and she with very heavy shopping bags waiting near the hospital, the first bus stopped but was standing room only another bus was coming and I tried to flag it down but it just drove straight past. It was half empty. It’s no wonder people prefer to drive
