The Heat Source Lincolnshire Ltd. recently installed an air source heat pump for our childcare centre and we could not be happier with the service we received.
The engineers arrived promptly each day and the installation was completed within the time set. They were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.
I was kept well informed throughout the installation and the premises were left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
The handover was comprehensive and informative and we are all confident in using the system.
The government grant funding application was made by the heat source on our behalf and all went very smoothly.
I would recommend this company unequivocally.

Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need when we wanted solar panels and a house battery fitted. Came out and done a full survey so there wouldn't be any hidden costs before quoting to which we were given several so as we could choose a system to best suit our budget. When they time came to install they were very professional and exceptionally tidy. We did run into a problem with birds getting under the panels to which they were fast to help sort out with the installation of bird guard and lastly not only does the system we have look good on our roof it's also performing better than I could have anticipated. I am one extremely happy customer who would definitely recommend them to anyone who are thinking about having a system such as ours installed..

Just had air source heat pump fitted to replace old electric boiler and to work alongside already existing solar thermal tubes. SUPERB. Clear communication throughout, very knowledgeable, highly skilled team, who have done an expert installation. V IMPRESSED.

The service from the lads was fine unfortunately after discussion with them and deciding that we wanted the towel rail replacing with a radiator it was decided that the glycol would be added after the radiator had been fitted. The bill of £180 was paid in full for the service. Now Claire has decided that they will not fit the radiator and it will cost us a further £50 plus VAT per hour to come and add the glycol to the pump....which we paid for within the service needless to say we won't be recommending them or using them in the future

Came and fitted my air source heat pump and all the associated bits in my new build.
A very neat job indead.
After a few months and the temperature dropped I found it wasn’t reaching temperature in the house so contacted them and had a response straight away on a Saturday evening. They are coming on Monday to sort. What an efficient company.

Horrendous. No contact and left without heating for winter. Would not use!

Booked for an appointment to discuss a biomass boiler install and organised a site visit. Provided all site plans and heat loss calculations, as we had decided against an ASHP previously.

Agreed to have a quote to use before the end of the week, never happened. Chased the following week, no reply. Chased repeatedly over the next weeks and months with Zero response from anyone.

Ended up following up with the distributor of the boiler we wanted, they promised someone from the heat source would be in touch. Nothing

Further chases resulted in the head of the distributor company calling and promising the same. Still nothing.

We’ve been left with no hot water or heating as we now head into winter and the promises and delay has meant we can’t hope to get another company in before winter.
