I can only sing the praises for this Coventry company - I ordered 2 beautiful fires from them - one a wood burning stove and the other a gas fire. Both were fitted quickly and efficiently. They look and perform fantastically well. I'm absolutely delighted with The Heating Centre - nothing is too much trouble for them! Great customer service and very helpful with every aspect of my purchase... I recommend them to all my friends! Recently they even helped with a new flue - great service!

Bought my fire place from The heating centre Coventry Brian who helped us choose was very helpful sorted us out exactly what I wanted always getting in touch so I got the look we wanted right today I had it fitted he said they was the best he was right very professional we have a two hundred year old barn and they hit many hurdles but over come them all Dave and Jason was fantastic nothing too much trouble every small detail covered there plaster work was great we would highly recommend this place to buy your fire and use there fitters you won’t be disappointed

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new log burner! From the first enquiry right through to installation, the service was fantastic – friendly, informative, and really well organised.

They removed the old burner, made brickwork alterations, added a new plinth and liner, and installed the stove – all completed in just one day, which really impressed us. Everything was spotless afterwards, and they even gave us great advice on how to use the burner efficiently.

We’re so pleased with the whole process – just wish it was winter already so we could enjoy it even more!

Really great service and very happy with the results. No hard sell in the showroom, but (refreshingly) full and clear information given as to all the options. All costs clear from the outset. Local fitter arranged by The Heating Centre contacted us, discussed the job, asked our views on positioning etc, arrived on time, did a brilliant job and cleaned up. I visited nearly 10 different fire stores and The Heating Centre was by far the best! Bryan and Ciaran were super helpful throughout the whole process which was initially quite daunting with the amount of choice and misinformation out there.
