Our Mr Ken ceiling fan has been a complete game changer for my partner and I’s sleep. We’re both very hot sleepers and this has been the only thing to actually improve our sleep quality out of all the things we’ve tried. It’s also beautifully designed with dark wood blades and a chic black metal top which fits perfectly with our home aesthetic, something which can be hard to find in ceiling fans as they can look a bit dated. We use ours year round every night, and in the day during the warmer months, and would highly recommend to everyone who wants to improve their quality of sleep and live. This company is amazing.
Not only do they sell the bed air-conditioned fan for your bed you will ever find, but the lady in sales nikki is adorable and the most caring person I have ever had pleasure to talk to.
I have also had the need to email the company and too my surprise it was read the company owner. This person surprised me to the point of really having my faith in humanity restored.
I could not endorse this companies products any more if I tried. My bed fan has lasted 8 summers before it finally started playing up on its 9th summer. £250 for 8 and half summers is a bargain.
If you struggle in the heat at night this is a must buy really is, if you suffer from hot flushes or menopause this is a must and you would could not buy anything better.

Accepted order and refunded accusing me of fraud bacuse my shipping and billing addresses were not the same, without any verification. In the meantime left me hight and dry as I needed to get two fans installed at a job site asap.

Avoid - Awful Customer Service from the owner - my refund request was refused despite their legal obligation to provide one for faulty goods or even for distance selling regulations.
I bought two expensive Irene 3HLK Fans from Henley fan company (£1300). These are really nice looking fans and would have been great if not for the faults. The fans were fitted the day after they arrived and immediately made noises from the motors - one a mechanical clicking with rotation, the other a hum which i think was housing resonation from an imbalanced motor. They also did not synchronise with the remote control, one turning off and the other turning on. We could not sleep with the clicking and humming (separate to the natural air noise of the fans). Since then I have purchased some great fans from a different company at half the price which are silent (we sleep well with these ones) and synchronise perfectly well despite the same components (exactly identical RF receiver and similar DC motors)
I contacted Henley fan co the day after installation (2 days after receipt of delivery) with my concerns. The store manager was very helpful, and directed me to the owner for further communication. After initially accepting there were noises and passing the videos onto the manufacturer for comment they offered me a return of the motors with replacement. I decided that i wanted a refund instead (as I am entitled to under the consumer rights act. After my experience with these fans I wanted to buy different ones which Henley did not stock). The owner then changed his mind and decided to say that the manufacturer did not think the noises were faults. I sent a better video without the fan blades and housing making the noise more evident (he has declined to comment on this one) Instead he now tells me that all fans make noises (despite initially saying DC fans are all silent bar air movement noises) He even tried to say that the noises might be interference with my refrigerator. He said i shouldn't have bought bedfans if i was so sensitive to noise (i am perfectly happy with the other ceiling fans). He has declined to comment or accept the synchronicity issue as a fault. He falsely claims that I only want a refund because 'I changed my mind and am grasping at straws to find any excuse to get a refund'. (He doesn't seem to understand that i am also entitled to request a refund separately under the distance selling regulations for internet purchases, this applies even if the product needs to be fitted to check if it is 'fit for purpose')
Since requesting the refund the owner has said whatever he can to wriggle out of it and has been aggressive and condescending in his responses.
As a result I am left with these fans boxed up and unable to return so am £1300 out of pocket.
I have had no choice but to request a credit card charge back and hope that this works.
I am sure we were unlucky with these faults. But if you are too - don't expect any positive response from the owner.
(I suspect that if Henley fan company responds to this review he (the owner) will try to deny everything i have said, and attempt to convince the reader that there is no fault with the fans and thus i am not entitled to a refund - It is very likely he will deal with you in the same way if you ever want a refund - be warned!)

Poor Attitude to Customer Service - We have purchased a total of four ceiling fans from this company. We only required three but unfortunately one fan fell to the floor after four months and had to be replaced. The cause of this is still unknown.
The replacement fan was not the model we ordered. The company fully accept that it was 100% their mistake but unfortunately the fan had been installed so they would not accept a return. It was only when discussing this error and after my complaint that they showed any interest in finding out why the previous fan had fallen to the floor.They did offer a 50% discount on a FIFTH fan but we did not feel we wanted to spend more money with the company.
We also felt the manager's response to our complaint was rude and sarcastic. Not impressed.
