I can 100% recommend this company if you are thinking of installing a wood burner. Adam and his very competent crew have gone over and beyond in customer service. Any problems (which were no fault of theirs, but rather a manufacturing problem with the stove) they promptly and successfully sorted it. Very happy with the result. What an extremely helpful, efficient and proactive service we received from Adam and his delightful team. The installation process was smooth and painless, and the team were very respectful and considerate. After a long search of trying to find an electric fire we happened across Kent Stoves at Paddock Wood. We cannot fault their work from point of contact initially, advice and installation process. All concerned have been amazingly helpful, friendly, and professional. We are very happy with our new fire in our new home, and wish everyone involved with this business every success going forward.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish top top experience with theses guys. We had a log burner fitted with a out side flue system branden and his college were amazing and did a top job the systems really smart good value for money so happy I choose theses guys also thanks Adam who helped us decide what system was best for us at there lovely show room thanks guys 🙏🏻 5 stars for us
