Ordered a product from this lot. Over a week later, still not received it. Their responses to my enquiries are terrible, they just can't be bothered to help. Only get a reply when I chase them. I don't believe they ever posted my order to be honest, so I am down £33 and won't get a refund. Stay well away from these con-artists.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! I have used them many times for a variety of projects at home and in the workplace. Surprised at poor reviews. My experience was excellent. Staff could not be more helpful especially Ross who went that extra mile for me. Not being an election myself he understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and went out of his way to explain and provide all I needed. Will not hesitate to give them my custom again, many thanks.

I needed a rare and ancient fuse for my elderly fuse box and they had one in stock. Could have charged me the earth for as they just aren't available to buy these days. Was under a tenner. Was also given some helpful advice to go with it.
I have also bought some light fittings on another occasion and also received excellent customer service.
