I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their super-polite, efficient plumber came to repair a leak in my flat. The water and heating system in our building is unusual and complicated; it had defeated a previous emergency plumber I’d called in. After numerous dramas and the arrival of an additional colleague, they finally got to the bottom of it. They had reassured me throughout that they would not leave until my leak had been stopped and were as good as their word. The job should’ve taken one plumber half a day but took all day and involved that aforementioned extra plumber because of the unforeseeable complications. Nevertheless, I was only charged for half a day because that was what had been agreed; I was amazed at such honour and fairness. These guys are so skilled, so determined and so nice.

Ben was absolutely brilliant. He was professional and efficient, and worked really hard to help me even when we ran into difficulties while finding my leak. He also fixed it for me, all in one afternoon. The detailed Trace and Access report he wrote was exactly what I needed to get a payout from my insurance company, and Ben and the admin team were very helpful and patient when my insurance company needed the invoice to be done in a different way so that I could claim. From start to finish I can 100% recommend this company, who came out quickly, found and fixed my leak efficiently, and followed up afterwards with care. Thank you so much, Ben and Tracy!

Very professional service. Engineer was knowledgeable, thorough and kept me fully informed of findings. No complaints. What would be good , though, is a service that fixes your problem. A company that identifies issue then gets someone to rectify it.

After a bathroom renovation my central heating developed a leak. The bathroom company had been informed at the time and they attended and said they had fixed the leak. I continued to lose pressure from a relatively new boiler so I contacted a heating engineer who stated the leak was from the pipework under the floor somewhere and not the boiler !!
I contacted Leak Detective and an employee called Jonny attended. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and using specialist equipment he determined that the leak was under the newly tiled bathroom floor.
Rather than take up the floor tiles jonny decided that the least invasive course of action was via the hallway at the entrance to the bathroom. The leak was located and attributed to the pipe connecting to the radiator valve which the bathroom company had been working on. He replaced a union which he believed had been broken by pulling the pipe. He also replaced the pipe.
He had made a very neatly cut hatch in the hallway and replaced the hatch after fixing the leak. I obtained new floor tiles to go back onto the hatch and you would honestly not know that a hatch had ever been cut !!! Was also super delighted that the new bathroom tiles could be left thanks to Jonny thinking of alternatives.
Absolutely delighted !!! Fantastic service and Jonny is a credit to this company !!

Outstanding service. David even called me back over the weekend to discuss the issue. Then Jonny and Jack came out the day after we agreed to proceed. Challenging job with the tank being 750m away from the house up a hill. Pressurising the system allowed us to find a huge leak that was easily repaired. Loving having the water back on at the farm. Costly service but very worth it...you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Can’t express enough how professional and dedicated TLD is. When Ben arrived at the house, he was keen to understand every detail, talked me through the process he was going to do and how his equipment was going to help identify the issues and where the leak was coming from.
He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable from the moment he arrived.
The work and the quality was outstanding, he went the extra mile with our bathroom sink leak and done an absolute gem of a repair.
Reports and invoices were also invaluable for insurance conversations.
Can’t recommend Ben / TLD enough, if I’m unlucky enough to have another leak in the future. He will be the first person I call.

From start to finish this company were great at letting me know the process to find the leak . Jack was great and kept me informed every step of the way .Johnny also visited on a follow up visit to check the system … also very informative . Receptionist ( sorry don’t remember name … but she knows who she is ) , was very kind and understanding to my leak issues . Thank you to all .
