I have been to the lomond lounge 3 times now, I feel it's a great start to your holiday. We paid £81 for 2 people, which sounds a lot ,but if you were planning on having a drink and something to eat in the airport before your flight, it's probably worth the wee bit extra.
What you get is 4 alcoholic drinks each, you could probably get more it's not a token system as long as your not taking advantage, there's tea and coffee biscuits and cakes, there's soup, sandwiches, pasta and curry (on our visit).
You also get the tranquillity of sitting in the lounge on a comfy seat overlooking the runway.
The staff are pleasant and welcoming, and you're away from the hustle and bustle of the departure area.
Overall, it was a great start to your holiday.

As a seasoned traveller I have to say this is not a lounge,it's more like a pub.
My husband found a large piece of plastic in his sandwich which we pointed out and gave to an employee. On reflection I really should have made a formal complaint but this is not a good way to start a much needed holiday.
It was very busy and noisy at points and a distinct lack of seating.
We won't use it again

We were disappointed today when checking in at Glasgow Airport, to hear the British Airways lounge was closed due to flooding,. We were looking forward to lunch and a refreshment, however on check in were advised we could use the Upper Deck or Lomond Lounge. We did not know what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food options were slightly limited, in comparison to the BA lounge, however we understood this and also acknowledged we were there later in the day, we were advised food service would cease at 16.30, when we checked in. The surroundings and ambience were very relaxing and the perfect start to our holiday. Lynsey and all the team, were very welcoming, professional and engaging.

Shameful attitude. I’m a solo BA customer flying Business and due to lounge at Glasgow being closed due to a flooding, I was advised I could use the Lomond Lounge. On arrival just now I got a a rude older lady tell me I’d have to sit in the corner of the lounge as BA passengers are not priority as they are busy with the guests who have booked L. So I left. I got a better welcome in Starbucks. Change your attitude or don’t agree to support BA flyers.

Can’t say enough good things about our recent visit to the Lomond Lounge. Not our first visit and won’t be our last. You notice things when you’re in the hospitality / service industry and especially Managers (& their Staff) trying their best to please and care for their customers. Katie is such a person, eager to please and problem solve whilst tasked with being extremely busy with passengers and customers ready for a 1-2 hr experience before their flights. Well done Katie! We’ll be back to the Lomond Lounge!

Not great. Firstly it officially closes at 5pm (try finding that on their website!),
but actually stops serving drinks at 4.30, staff started clearing tables and vacuuming at around 4.35. Very poor food selection, a curry and some dried up pasta dishes and stale crisps, but the salads were okay but limited choice, however the staff were lovely and a great view over the airport. Poor value though for £80. My first and last visit.
