Came recently for a spa day with afternoon tea. Had a great time. Good value for money (I did have a Groupon deal). I had a 55 minute treatment which was lovely. Food was also nice.
I felt the staff could have been a little more attentive - we weren’t offered any refills and when we asked for our leftovers to be boxed up, it was ‘lost’ when we went to retrieve it so we missed out on the cakes. There were cones to fill with water but they were very small and obviously due to the shape you cannot set them down so I found it was hard to stay hydrated unless you brought a refillable bottle.
The facilities were great - multiple steam rooms and a sauna with a large warm pool and hot tub. It felt quite busy at times but overall, really pleasant experience.
It was all wheelchair accessible and flat

Wow. I have driven past the entrance several times over a number of years and I was invited here to celebrate a birthday, it didn't disappoint. It is currently being renovated so you have to get into the car park a slightly different way. The whole experience is another level. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel that they were expecting us as everything was well organised. They sat us in the bar area with glasses of water until we were ready and then gave us a little tour of the facilities. Brilliant. Treatments were very relaxing and worth the time. Afterwards, we had use of the spa area and it was perfect. There were not many people there so it was very enjoyable and we could use the areas that we wanted to visit at leisure.

Just had an incredible massage from EMILY! She is very talented & really lovely too! The whole visit using the facilities has been great.start to finish. The facilities are great.& all the staff are kind and friendly. An asset to your business. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a luxury afternoon tea for 2 to celebrate my friends 60th birthday. Luxury it was not!!! I was so embarrassed when we entered the 'Tree top restaurant'. I was expecting a lovely setting to celebrate the occasion but was greeted by nothing more than a glorious tent, with a shop in the corner, even the toilets were outside in a portable cabin!!! So disappointed.

My partner and I visited the Spa on a Thursday for a Serenity Spa day. We were greeted at the reception by a friendly and welcoming member of staff, Sarah Jayne. She explained that we could use the spa, confirmed what time our treatments were booked, asked what time we'd like to take our afternoon tea and handed us towels and robes for our stay. The spa was excellent! The plunge pool was the perfect temperature and a good size, the steam room was amazing and the sauna was fabulous. I had a treatment and it was the best, Bethany knew exactly where the knots were and eased them out expertly. The afternoon tea was delicious and our dietary needs were attended to with ease - the warm scones were a delight for the taste buds. James and the team in the spa were all friendly, welcoming, and made the day feel very special. All in all it was a remarkable spa day.

Went for a spa day. Treatments were lovely and felt very relaxed when we left. The gym has lots of equipment and the afternoon tea was nice. More loungers by the pool would’ve been nice, it was busy the day we went!

Rudeness mixed with brutal racism and anti-Semitism. I went into their restaurant to order something to eat, the order was accepted without a problem, the money too, but to pick up the FOOD, I was asked from the back of the restaurant because I was in work clothes, I went there, I understand that my outfit might not have been appropriate, but that place was not a place to spend, just a common dump. Did my money taste good? I did not like the humiliation and probably others did not either, because no one orders there anymore.

We booked a spa day with afternoon tea for a treat for six of us before my sister wedding! What a lovely day.

The spa was immaculate, the team very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool area had plenty of space and different areas to use. We were also able to relax outside in the sunshine. We each had a 55 minute treatment which was heavenly. We were never rushed or neglected.

I would highly recommend.
