I contacted Dom through a personal recommendation. Although I would ultimately require a remortgage, initially I needed a detailed mortgage capacity report which Dom undertook quickly and collaboratively ensuring it addressed my needs. He subsequently supported updated iterations and his reports represented excellent value for money.

When I was in a position to move forward with the remortgage I set Dom a challenging set of requirements in what was a difficult and ever changing market. Dom was brilliant at sorting through the options to identify the right deal for me, and Claire did an amazing job managing the process to its conclusion. Thank you Dom, at The Money Guardian, for helping us with our re-mortgage. Our 5-year fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end in May this year and like most people, our current mortgage provider was not offering a competitive solution. We knew there would not be a better person to help us get the best solution for our circumstances.
You quickly identified the best offer and made sure we could secure it and complete our mortgage application in good time before our current mortgage expired (and avoid the added cost of staying with the same provider on a much higher interest rate).
