Odd member of staff are pleasant enough but the majority are just rude, 2 of them in particular seem to have no customer service skills whatsoever - people like this don't seem to appreciate even having customers come in and spend their hard earned money. I will never spend anything in here again EVER!! Avoid at all costs.

Great shop. A great choice of clothing, shoes household goods and .any many more items.
Great parking as you are probably going to pop in to Tesco for your weekly or top up shop.
Great prices and sales in the Factory shop a lot of the time.
Staff are welcoming and very very helpful enjoy shopping there everything.

I arrived in Barton for a short stay and realised that I had forgotten to pack my trouser belts. I checked online to see where I could possibly buy one locally and the Factory Shop came up. It's a great setting for a shop and seemed to stock a wide range of items. I bought two belts, the staff were great and I came away happy.

This store is located within the Tesco Superstore. I've been trying to find a way to describe this store easily and I think calling it a downmarket Wilko.
This store carries pretty much the same sort of stock as a Wilko store but adopts something of a pile them high and sell them cheap approach to retailing.
I use a wheelchair and getting round some of the corners was very difficult. This was caused because the aisles are quite narrow and it doesn't need too many people in store to make it a miserable shopping experience.
Prices seem quite reasonable but be careful. There was a special offer on a type of Kitchen Roll. I had bought some in Tesco recently so I did a price check on my phone and it was cheaper in the Tesco store so I guess you need to be careful.
Overall it was a store with a good range of stock but not a particularly pleasant shopping experience.

The original factory shop, it's possibly my favourite shop, the reason is you can still feel like an intrepid explorer: no over hanging signs telling you what to expect in whatever aisle this then highlights the experience because you don't know what you're going to find and will it be a bargain.

A good range of products, clothing, gardening, housewares and all at decent prices. Place was clean and tidy and the staff were all very helpful. Worth a look in if you are in the area or any of the other original factory shops.

JOBSWORTH on till!!! Shop assistant with dark curly hair and a face mask on No need to be so rude, we are both key workers and under stand the current restrictions due to covid. There are ways and means of talking to customers, get a sense of humour!!
