This visit was amazing. We were looking for something special this visit, not what you'd probably go there for. The two girls behind the desk were angels. Between us we managed to arrange all the details and they supplied us with what we wanted. Can't say how 'satisfied' we were this visit. Intrigued? I'll hopefully put a pic on later and you'll understand. If not.. keep guessing 😂🤔

The "lady" at the till was refusing to take my Blue Light Card and giving me discount as she was certain that NHS staff wasn't eligible for the discount 😄 She tried to lecture me about the discount card what I'm using for almost 6 years😅 I'm asking the management to educated they workers about the discounts what the company offering for the costumers please!!!

Manageress Rhona, so rude & unhelpful,asked if they had size 8 she said your have to look I couldn't reach luckily another lovely young girl helped me , unfortunately rude Rhona was only person to ask about children's wellies unbelievable as I was trying to look she was putting them back in their boxes,I also witnessed her being very rude to another member of staff demanding he should know he needs to arrive 10 minutes before his shift ,he said he was sorry & tried to explain he wasn't late just didn't arrive 10 minutes before he was due to start clearly no manners & customer service skills & mangerment had gone to her head Rhona needs to get over herself learn some manners & customer service skills ,only one star for lovely young girl that helped me 0 for Rhona,i didn't say anything to her and she seemed inappropriate & was worried she would take it out on the staff even heard other customers complaining about her one stated clearly not bern on a customer service course or maybe she has & keeps failing wont be returning

Good for picking up a bargain, fairly large store with a good range of products. Everything from bedroom items such as pillows and duvets and lighting, clothing and shoes, kitchen accessories, greetings cards and much more. Store is not very well laid out, however if you have time to browse you can be sure to find something and at a good price.

The staff were so rude ... Ive never been spoken so rudely by staff .. because my mum didn't have a receipt..which we did have and the item was faulty which you font need a receipt for any way

I like this shop but we get very frustrated because a lot of item aren't priced so you have to go out of your way to find an assistant to ask for the prices then you find you have to do this again and end up walking out . But the items are good and the prices are good too such a shame they dont price all there things on there shelves.

My wife tried to exchange some children’s PJ’s which were a gift. Utterly unhelpful, don’t understand consumer rights. Don’t recommend, ignorant staff.
