Do not buy if there is a chance you may return the item.
Although you have a statitury right to return without give a reason.
Customer care service dept. In Warrington is 100% unhelpful.
I will discourage all not to use . A lawnmower that did not suck up the grass, a chain saw with misleading weight.

Had a major problem with a piece of equipment (engine decided to expose its inners) which caused me to not be able to continue witth my work. I went to the place I bought the equipment from with anxiety of just needing to get back to work. There Charlie (@ Warrington Branch) gave me the best customer service I have ever had. He made it a seamless process and I was back grafting an hour after my initial contact with him.

This man should give the training to all other managers for a blue print of excellence when dealing with other humans. I can not credit this guy and the staff he has. Charlie McQillan deserves a pay rise/promotion.

6 stars form me and I'll be a returning customer for all future equipment needs.

Found an advert for a generator that i wanted on Facebook. Contacted the person who was very polite and well mannered and answered all my questions without issue. Found out the advert was placed for this store. My item was shipped next day via dpd. The gentleman who helped me (Charlie McQuillan) was very informative and helpful about my purchase and I left a very satisfied customer. Called in the morning and explained an issuer I had to Charlie. He told me to come down and he’d take a look. Spent ten minutes in the shop and he had my machine sorted. Really nice guy and full of knowledge about the products they sell. Can’t recommend him enough

Very poor service, they drop ship many items via other well known retailers.
I purchased an Engine Via B&Q supplied by this company
Two days later after accepting the order, its cancelled as they have none in stock?
I ordered again Via CCM machines showing 24 in stock, after a week of calls and ignored Emails. Order cancelled as none in stock?
Finally I managed to purchase one Direct Via the Ebay shop, it arrived very promptly but was badly damaged and would not turn over, we discussed sending replacement parts to fit but none available so now I have offered to drop this off but I have to wait in all day for a courier. Sorry Hyundai I gave you chance and the service was appalling.

Went in store and bought a few bits the other day, the guys were very friendly and helpful.
Had a fault after a few days and they sorted it straight away with no charge.

Item (24l silent compressor) arrived well packaged, and on time. Item is ideal for inflation and blowing, but probably under-powered for most tools and blasting purposes (not what I want it for). Love the low noise level, doesn't disturb the neighbours! Did have a fault with the item, but replacement part was sent quickly, I fitted it, all resolved.
