I was recommended A&C Pumps from a company I initially contacted who do more "industrial" type systems, they put me on to Darrel and Simon who took the details and seemed to understand my issues (basically, old floats not working properly any more, so I was having to manually turn a pump on and off every couple of days and some broken pipework that meant it was taking longer to discharge the fluid tank due to recycling of the water I was trying to pump). Cameron and Ryan came out today to inspect the problem and I thought that was all they could do today, but they had 3 new floats in the van and some pipework (a return valve?), so they quoted there and then to get us back up and running so that the pump would turn on and off automatically as it should. They were here first thing, professional, friendly and well presented, Cameron explained the issues (pretty much as I'd expected, plus some sequencing issues on the electrical panel which they also fixed), quoted for the work, which seemed a sensible price and got the work done and were away by about midday. Good work, so thanks A&C Pumps.

I have used A&C pumps on two occasions and have been very satisfied with the advice and the service I have received from them, particularly with the installation of a domestic sewerage system. The company did what they said they were going to do, on time and at the price quoted and the system has worked without fail. You can't really ask for more than that! I would highly recommend them.

We had just purchased a new property and the sewage pump plant packed up. I called A & C pumps on Monday morning and they had a team of two engineers at the property within 2 hours. Unfortunately the pump had seized and needed to be replaced.

As our sewage tank was full and we needed to use the system, they immediately made a plan to go get the replacement parts in Maidstone and also return to their workshop to get sundries. They came back, replaced the pump, dug up concrete channels, laid electrics and made good after. It was incredibly hard work in 28 degree heat and they were dripping but with smiles on their faces. The were polite, friendly and respectful and a pleasure to chat to. They also took the time to explain things when I showed an interest. It was a pleasure to have them over and will definitely work with A & C pumps again. The site was spotless and you would have known that any work had taken place.

Avoid - at all costs.
Shockingly poor engineers, caused a fault when "servicing" the equipment then demanded an emergency call out fee to even look at their work. Not a surprise why they have such poor engineers when you then deal with the management for whom this is clearly standard operating procedure. A grabbit and run outfit with little care for their reputation or the mugs who are unlucky enough to cross their path. Avoid
