Its the Range, you get what you get? Normal selection of items in the wrong place and haphazardly thrown on the shelves. Its secretly done on purpose to make you guess the prices, its like a little suprise when you get to the till. Also, sell "food" from Iceland? Again i say "food" but apart from all that good stuff, they do sell a good picture frame and have a good selection. Again, lots of fun to have guessing the prices

Wanted to say a big thank you to Saf, who showed excellent customer service. Not only was she engaging she could see I was struggling with my freezer food shopping & helped me to my car. A great asset to your store.

Stock levels were not the best. Lots of items were misplaced and not where they should be so I gave up in the end and went elsewhere to shop. Used to be a good store but lately not so much.

I went here today and personally the store had all sorts of goods, however the store itself is a mess. There was rubbish left by the entrance and some parts of the store had many trip hazards which is a issue. I didnt mind going there once but im not sure if i will be returning again.

Tatty, looks like the range are doing what Asda an Homebase have done. Overexpanding in short, surly staff and frankly a mess upstairs and a real lack of items displayed in a presentable manner. . It has the feel of an overpriced B and M

Visited today, arrived at 8.30 and the store was a mess, lots of staff but lots of messy shelves and very disorganised. Lots of items didn’t have price tags on. Very poor will not be visiting again
