Great location very clean and friendly checking in staff and security very friendly and helpful. The bar staff however did not do much to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was more than adequate but would be nice to have a cold meats and cheese ,salad option. The mini mart on site is under stocked . There is a street vendor named Michael on St lawrence gap just outside the gate at the rear of the hotel he is very friendly and full of knowledge of the island top man.

Today we visited 'The Range' Banbridge, I never usually leave reviews but in this instance I thought it appropriate. I was looking for garden furniture and was directed to Michael. He was helpful, and listened to what we wanted and showed us a 3 piece suite for the garden. He took time to explain how this suite was the cream of the crop. I was definitely impressed with this man. Eventually he sold us the most expensive garden furniture in the store. So we thought it was important that we give this man 'Michael ' a review which he definitely deserved. Thank you Michael.

We went in to buy a bbq and were greeted by Michael one of your staff who went above and beyond to help us purchase and load into our car. As the box wouldn’t fit he then proceeded to help us open box and fit into the car and he took away the rubbish. It wasn’t a chore to him. He was very pleasant and friendly. Just lovely. Thank you

I was here last Saturday for quite a few items. Michael helped us out on the shop floor several times while we were looking for things and nothing was too much bother for him! He even helped me carry an armchair out and load it into the back of my car. Unreal customer service! They could do with 10 more Michaels in there.

Visited today about 15 minutes before closing. Two young girls at the front till (one blonde, one brunette) were loudly talking about inappropriate things, even while serving me. No eye contact, no greeting…just chatting with each other the whole time. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Staff should be trained to focus on customers when serving.Thanks.

I bring the product to the cashier, they cannot find the barcode on it, the lady cashier asked for help from other staff, the other staff spent sometime but still not able to get the barcode, he said it’s the display, cannot sell.
It’s is definitely not a display product because when I take the product to the cashier to check out, there is another display which has defect and it was assembled already, mind one is new next to the display.
This is an unprofessional way to handle the case.
