I live so close to this The Range and I’d rather go to anywhere else
There is always a huge queue, nothing is priced and some of the employees can be really rude.
Some of The Range staff are lovely and super helpful but a few of them actively chat with customers when there is a huge queue and you’ve got places to be and are generally standoffish; it’s an uncomfortable customer experience.
Get it online or another store, don’t waste your precious time and patience

Better than most of the ranges but still lots of room for improvement. Following on from a common theme at the range, lots of items with no prices on them and no crystal balls for sale to give you a clue. An item shown on display could not be found on the shelf and on the 2nd visit I spent around 5 minutes trying to find a member of staff who seem to be in short supply to ask and when I eventually did she didn’t have a clue what was going on with item so I gave up. Huge waste of money having so many tills installed when you are happy to only ever have 2 open and a queue halfway around the store. Not sure about the DJ in the booth either, doesn’t play any music and looks like a security guard.

Lots of choice and so many staff as we visited on the stores first day opening. As well as The Range there's an Iceland food shop on the ground floor and an Iceland cafe on the top floor. Lifts available in the back right corner from the entrance. Good looking store.

This is the biggest Range I have been into and their crafting section was huge. My biggest issue was that a lot of the labels on the shelves bore no relation to what stock was above them and the way the stock was laid out was a bit chaotic. Nonetheless I bought a few things and enjoyed browsing.

Lucky to get 1* went for click & collect got email stating ready for collection They couldn’t find my order which is fine this happens but 2 assistant managers came (Lisa& Tania) bury branch after being stood there for half an hour the older manager totally ignored me after bringing wrong item out & the younger assistant manager totally rude & said we must of sold it as was now out of stock asked if they could check another branch if in stock basically said no you do it. Both these managers needs to be retrained in customer service. No wonder click & collect items going missing as labels printed near printer but no parcels there to put them on! I drove to Bolton branch & they were brilliant lovely helpful staff

This has got to be the best Range store I've visited. Covering 3 massive floors it has got everything apart from the kitchen sink but actually you can buy that too believe it or not. Unbelievable!

Good selections of things, not overly expensive, easy to navigate the store with clear signage. Only gripe is a lot of items do not tie up with the price ticket; stock is placed on the shelf in thw wrong place. We bought a knife block thinking it was £24 (the whole stock of the knife block was under this ticket) turned out to be £32 - my advise - check your prices before buying!!

We ordered a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, expecting them to be delivered in four separate pieces. However, they arrived in one massive package, making it extremely difficult for us. When we requested redelivery in four separate packages, the warehouse refused to accommodate our request.

Last year, when we purchased a sofa, it arrived in four pieces, and the experience was great. Unfortunately, this time, the service was disappointing. We wanted the sofa, but we don’t understand why they packaged both together in such an impractical way. They didn’t help us at all—very frustrating!
