Went shopping at the Dalton Park store today, the customer service was excellent I really wish I had got the name's of the lovely lady and male colleague on the lighting department, also the young guy who was working changing department round, they are a credit to the store also the lady on checkout lovely shopping experience.

My mother visited this store to purchase some curtains which were marked in-store as discounted. (and online) When arriving at the till the lady scanned them as full price. No employee in the store could determine why the price was wrong and decided to call his lordship from his ivory tower (operations manager) His attitude and customer service skills are non-existent. It's almost as if he believes his position alone entitles him to admiration, despite his lack of contribution or assistance. A masterclass in being a t-o-s-s-er. We're not even interested in the curtains anymore. But this absolute Plum has driven me to take photos of the pricing and report it to trading standards. He refused to honour the discount and even went on to have the audacity to say he could if he wanted to but was choosing not to!!

Reasonable sized store. Has a mezzanine level. On the warm side inside when I went- air con would have been a bonus.
Plenty of tills but only 1 cashier was on them.
Not bad but could be better.

Ordered 4 piece set of bedroom furniture . Asked them if it was for my address to which they said no to then say yes it was . Asked them if they could take it upstairs as am 32 weeks pregnant and wouldn’t be able to do it . They said “ oh no we can’t do that “ so I asked them how I was suppose to do it myself they said “ not our problem “ they said they can only deliver it to the gate . They were so rude . So if you’re elderly , pregnant , young or can’t lift heavy objects . I suggest you go elsewhere to buy furniture they will actually take into the house for you .

I'm sorry but I won't be going back. The aisles are too close together. The lift is awful as I used it today and got stuck as the door wouldn't open. It's one of those lifts that you control yourself. As I don't do stairs very well it was essential to use a lift. What were you thinking in installing one of these! I will now use your Silksworth one.

Been in 3 times so far not impressed
Each time I get the same female manager downstairs who has no manners has a really disgusting attitude towards customers how she is a manager is beyond me,and the woman who works on the garden section wow her utter rudeness towards people she needs to take a lesson in customer service too
Won't be going back this is the worst range store I have visited apart from the nice ladies at the tills they are pleasant
