Absolutely shocking , not once did the female serving me even look at me too busy sweeping out her checkout and chatting to another member of staff . Didn’t even hand me my receipt. Contact the store and guy just said hello , when I asked to speak to the manager he then told me he was . Not even an apology. This is second time in this store in past couple of weeks and staff have zero interest in the customer in front of them . I will not be back .

One lady left to do the jobs of at least 2 other people in the Cafe. She served and took orders, cooked the food AND waited tables. Seriously? Food was lowest quality imaginable and chips were undercooked. Money wasted and I will not be eating here again. Whoever served us still deserved a tip. Bless her heart. I hope she complains.

Pretty painful review since i am usually very happy customer with the range products most of which are my whole furnishings of my home... ive never had anything faulty or broke etc but I went out my way to travel early 3 or so hours to get a lamp that was definitely in stock I dont have issue with staff im not type of person to drag people at all - they couldnt find my purchase at first for click and collect which fair enough probably had lot of click and collect that day im quite patient person and quite understanding. I go off home excited to try my lamp after long day to find it wasnt working.

Prongs were bent in way shouldn't I tried two bulbs nothing the bottom was also damaged ... I hope I dont have to travel back for inconvenience as its long way just to try get replacement for something that should be checked before been give. If theres faulty items then dispose of them correctly please. It's big store but the staff seemed nice.

I love The Range but couldn't get the art supplies I wanted at my 2 nearest ones!

I went to the Paisley one and got everything I was looking for 😁

I did struggle as I have to use a stroller/rollator when walking and I felt like I was on an expedition to get to the art section upstairs then back down to the tills...

When you come in the store you have to go to the very furthest wall to the right to use the lift. They also have escalators there!!

Once upstairs the art section is right at the other end just before the cafe. So that's 2 quite big walks and then back again.

This is a biiig shop. So go prepared if you get tired and/or thirsty like me.

Saying that the cafe looked lovely but I didn't have time to try it.

When I came downstairs I had to ask where the toilets were. The disabled access one is at the back downstairs. It was okay, accessible and clean. I didn't notice where the regular toilets were.

The good thing about it being so big is they have more stock than other branches, just plan ahead for the amount of steps you'll get in 😂

It was a bit of a wasted trip. The place is disorganized with stock placed haphazardly everywhere. I ordered an item for click and collect. The order was confirmed with a guaranteed pickup time. After I arrived I received an email that the order has been cancelled. As the website said there were plenty in stock, I went to customer service to enquire after the cancellation and whether the item could be located. I waited for 10 minutes or an employee named Sandra to say she couldn't help me. Said she wasn't the person who cancelled and didn't know if they had the item. Refused to even look on the computer or speak to someone else who may help.

Went here to look for Black out roller blinds .
There was a good selection available.

I found a Black hessian blind i loved, it was very thick, expensive looking and not expensive to buy.

They were easy to trim and fit to the size i needed.
So glad I bought the 3 I needed for my bay window .

Good selection of house homd stuff. From garden furniture, barbecue seats, and more, to curtains and lights, paint and frozen food. Craft materials as well. So almost everything you could be looking for is here. Prices are ok too.
