I would like to raise a complaint about a store employee who has repeatedly displayed rude behavior. The lady in question, an older woman with white hair, has been extremely unhelpful and impolite whenever I have asked about craft products. Instead of assisting me, she responds rudely and without any sense of customer service.

Every time I visit the store and ask for items, her responses are consistently dismissive, often stating they don’t have what I’m looking for. If the store continually lacks products and employs staff with such poor attitudes, it’s hard to understand why it remains open.

Due to these negative experiences, I will not be visiting this store again, nor will I recommend it to others. Such unkind and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store as a whole.

Especially characterised by keen pricing, limited ranges and good value.
Perhaps not for the seasoned bookworm.

(Grey-Haired English Lady) During my visit to your shop on Thursday last weewk, I experienced a level of unwelcoming behavior from the staff (grey haired English lady) that I found concerning. Unfortunately, I sensed a degree of prejudice against foreigners in the way I was treated. She was very warm and friendly to an English gentleman standing in front of me but as as soon as it was my turn, the face and tone changed.

In another incident with me in the same store, I bought an item and to my surprise it was half-priced than the actual label. It was the same grey haired lady to whom I said, I wanted to buy something else too since many things from that bundle were half-priced and wanted to exhange an item. When I said this, she kept nodding her head in disbelief and said in an unfriendly tone "you got to make up your mind as you have a couple of minutes as the shop closed in a few minutes". It was still 15 minutes for the shop to close so why make me rush?

This was just not me but my friends who also shop from the same store had the similar experience with the same person/staff.

The staff's demeanor appeared unfriendly, and I felt a lack of warmth and courtesy during our interaction. It is essential for any front-facing staff, especially receptionists, to create a positive and inclusive environment for visitors, regardless of their background.

I believe that fostering a welcoming atmosphere is crucial in any professional setting, and instances of perceived prejudice can impact the overall perception of the organization. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention with the hope that it can be addressed appropriately to ensure that all visitors, irrespective of their nationality or background, feel valued and respected.
