Andy and Dave arrived in Benbecula following a 14 hour drive and overnight stop then a 2 hour ferry journey and another short drive not many companies would do that ..
They were a joy to have in my home they never stopped and worked way longer than your average 9-5 arriving just after 8am and still here at 6pm to get the job completed i am forever greatful to both of them.
Their wormanship was brilliant very clean and tidy both inside and out. Everything done to how I wanted it not just following an average plan.
They were both super company and a good laugh nice to have here and it certainly didnt feel like it was strangers in my home.
They absolutely rendered me speachless and left me quite emotional when they presented me with the most gorgeous flowers and a box of chocolates for in their words ''my hospitality..''i didnt feel i did anything special they were both such nice people and that i feel is very important to feel safe with the trades people who are in your home. Young’s assessed and carried out a boiler replacement. From my initial enquiry to completing the oil boiler replacement communication was excellent.
The engineers were both courteous and respectful whilst in our home.
They took the time to explain how everything worked.
I’ve already booked them to carry out further work.

I chose Youngs to put in a new oil heating system based on reviews and initial meeting/quote and wasn't disappointed. They did a fantastic job, putting in a solid shift over two days and through all weather to put in a tank, trenching the oil pipe to the house, installing the boiler and getting under the floors to adapt existing pipework and connect. I also had some radiators changed. The whole team were exceptional, highly professional and courteous. They didn't pack up until well into their Friday evening once all was tested and cleared up. They left the place spotless! Thank you and I'd highly recommend these guys!

Whilst away in Germany, I got a call from my wife saying the boiler had packed up.

We’d previously used Young’s for a one off repair and took out the service option. However, due to our boiler being about 30 years old, the part that had gone this time was no longer available.

Therefore, we were left in a dilemma, hope a part became available and keep chucking money at a boiler to limp through the winter (as we have done for the past 3 years) or replace the boiler?

Youngs have come to my rescue on a number of occasions now especially this week - cannot begin to describe how helpful they are from the office staff who take the calls and organise the engineers to the engineers themselves. I’ve met a few of them now over the various jobs - gas boilers, oil boilers and solar/plumbing - all issues dealt with efficiently and effectively. Would recommend very highly indeed.

Recommended by our neighbours who were really impressed with there oil boiler installation, so we contacted Martin and we weren't disappointed. Martin came out and assessed the work for a new LPG boiler to be fitted. He was very polite, informative and to top it off was a great price. Just had a oil boiler fitted in Anglesey and must say it was a pleasure to have the engineers Ashleigh and Martin ( brothers ) carry out the work. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing, very polite, did not stop all the time they were there ( apart from me making them a brew ) and did a first class and very neat job. Unlike some trades they cleaned up and left the room spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler to be fitted at a very competitive price.
