Very good service from the initial contact to the final installation. I contacted Thermal Plumbing on Saturday to install a gas hob. It was installed on Monday morning. Ross, the engineer, was excellent: friendly, informative, and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

Jimmy and Elliot were so good at their job, I was juggling with having this vital job done asap and an unwell parent in the house. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Jimmy who installed the boiler was very knowledgeable and friendly. He tidied up as he went along and kept disruption to the minimum. Would definitely recommend them.

Having been let down by another installer, they were able to take on the work. They explained what would be required to complete the installation and from start to finish they kept me updated on how it was going. They tidied up as they went along and disposing of the old boiler, packaging, rubbish etc. The installation was completed within the specified time and as per the quote. They were very professional, polite and friendly with a good working relationship throughout the installation and would be a great company to work for. I was most impressed with their work and highly recommend them.
