Can't give no stars.
Door to door cold sales back in September , I agreed to an appointment a day later, the 'Surveyor' didn't show up at the appointment time, I get a call 30 minutes later to say he is off sick. Told them to take my details off their database as I was no longer interested in dealing with their company. Get another call from them a couple of weeks later to rearrange the appointment, I again told them I didn't want to have contact from and remove my detail from their database. Fast forward to December and I get another call from a company, trying to make an appointment. When he said it was due to a previous cancelled appointment, I told him that I had asked repeatedly for my details to be removed for their database. After trying to tell me that's why he was calling, he hung up and sent me a text message. 'Thermohome have taken your details off, we are a different company - I would have explained that but you jumped in and interrupted me. No need to speak to people the way you do sir.'
In short, they give your details to other companies without your permission. Avoid. There services may be good but their customer ethics are not. Reported to Ofcom as data protection breech.
