We have used thirsty work for some years now, we recently had a problem with our water heater not working, phoned their support number for help, within hours the faulty heater had been removed and a new installed. Prompt and polite service by your engineer (James) greatly received by all.

Hi everyone, it will be worth for you buying your own water dispensers instead of hiring from this company. They will tie you in with a contract, where you will end up paying 2/3 times more than buying your own.

If you want, you can even pay it using finance options, which again will be cheaper and belong to you at the end.

And remember! Read the terms and conditions!! They are not your friend, they will use these against you if you are to no longer want their dispenser.

I have been dealing with this company for a year now, making on average 3 calls a month. Every staff member I have been greeted with have been super happy, helpful, polite and professional - not once have I encountered anything else.
