I have a large house & was being told I couldn’t have hot water on demand, but Kirk has sourced an impressive boiler for me. He & his team fitted it, ran a new gas pipe & removed the water tank in a day. They were very conscientious, removing unnecessary pipework & left everything neat & tidy. Not sure how they did it for the price! I highly recommend them.

We had our new boiler fitted by Kirk and his team really pleased with the whole process. They did a fantastic job as it was in the loft, they were so thoughtful as putting all there dust sheets everywhere protecting our carpets and cleaned up like nothing had taken place . He had it fixed within 45 minutes , really fantastic service , he had the parts in stock on his van and got us back up and running with hot water . His knowledge and professionalism was brilliant . I have no hesitation in recommending THS Plumbing & Heating. Kirk serviced and provided a gas safety certificate on a rental property. Promptly on time and very curtious putting on over shoes to protect the floors. Very efficient and knowledgeable being able to give advice on a future boiler purchase. Would definitely use this company again. Payment at time of service no need for invoicing and certification same day. Very happy customer. 5 stars

We called Kirk to rectify fault with our boiler which stopped turning itself on. It was an old boiler and Kirk diagnosed that it needs a new pump and that water tank is leaking. Instead of investing in an old system we asked for a quote for new combi boiler. As a matter of urgency Kirk fit us in within his busy schedule and fitted new boiler with his team for very affordable price! Professional and friendly approach from Kirk and his team at all times, definitely will use them again for servicing and future needs of boiler maintenance.
