I have tried to order from this company so many times through Amazon and even though I have prime they do not deliver the next day. The only way I got next day was when the order was FBA (fulfilled by Amazon). I called the office of Tiana many times and it always goes to voicemail, once I got through and they said they do not post if we order on Friday. Which makes no sense! I have Prime, I pay for Prime to have next day delivery so Tiana should follow the rules and deliver next day, if not they shouldn't put products as Prime. Tiana Virgin Coconut Oil is decent quality, thats why i tried to order again but very EXPENSIVE compared to other brands. Tiana Butter is not BUTTER it is cheap oil (you can not even spread like butter) and it was very mouldy even through the expiry date was long (I think they label incorrectly).I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN, there are many better brands out there for Virgin Coconut Oil who do not have unreasonable prices and do not provide bad service. Also REAL COCONUT BUTTER companies out there that do not sell old Coconut oil as Butter.

Long shelf life, no fillers, great price. Don't keep it above the stove or fridge and it should last in the cupboard for several months. I use a spoonful everyday to swish in my mouth for 20-30 minutes. It's like mouth lotion and it actually whitens teeth. It also appears to be filling in a small cavity with new tooth enamel. I'm not a dentist, so I can only tell you what seems to be happening. Obviously this is a great cooking product, and it moisturizes the skin a little. But, for me, the real use for this stuff is tooth repair. My teeth are no longer sensitive to ice cubes or very cold air. All I do is brush my teeth, then use the oil like mouthwash for 20-30 minutes. My teeth are noticeably whiter and all without bleach or peroxide. Good deal. Buy this stuff for a number of reasons. A must have.

You guys are doing an amazing job!!! I absolutely love all the products I have tried so far ! especially Coconut Oil. They are truly fresh and thank you for finally bringing us products that have no chemicals:)
The Delivery time is very fast and the best Packaging. I got my Product without any damage and leakage.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. these people made sure i got a £100 parking ticket from a parking company that has ignored my appeal and relentlessly harass me for more and more money through the post. I was parked allegedly on their so called business premises on a Saturday morning for a total of 10 minutes with no visible signs of a parking restriction (or separators to show what parking space is what). Added they were not even open for business at this time and the car park was virtually empty, just so I could collect some car parts from EURO CAR PARTS right next to where I parked for those 10 minutes. THEN they think they can phone me up and threaten me with Lawyers and court action. The irony is that they say the fact that GOOGLE MAPS show that the signs were not present at the time I parked was false. I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW IF YOU REMOVE THE PARKING TICKET.

Only the top of the jar was filled with coconut oil and the remaining (majority of the jar) was filled with some strange substance which is definitely not coconut oil.
