TBD... Working with management to rectify a custom (white) tux jacket that was returned stained all over. Their maximum reimbursement is $250 (according to their info online). This will be several thousand dollars to replace. Will update after their attempt to resolve.

This is the best dry cleaners and location but what makes it extra fabulous is Martha Garcia! She is the number one best person i have ever met and her work is exceptional! She can get any stain out of anything and goes above and beyond! I go to this location because of her! Shes number one!

Had a white designer dress that had gotten stained from a worn black leather purse strap. Initially, it was dropped off and expected next day. 3 hrs later, we got a phone call it was ready. Upon further conversation and examination of the dress, the stain needed working on. The production manager was on it, and the next day, when I collected it, the dress looked Beautiful! Surprised it took the extra conversation to get it the proper attention, BUT the result was ultimately beautiful. And I am very Very grateful to the team for taking good care of the special garment.

Just bad. Clothes after their laundry was more dirty then before. All white t- shirts came out with dark spots on them, that wasn't on them before. Literally every one of about 20 t-shirts! With prices they charge clothes suposed to be washed, bleached and pressed well, and not all this. Luckily my wash machine arrived and all that dirt came off.
I will never use this "service" again and do not recomend.
