Tipsgrove Eco installed my system in July 22.
The system is saving us money and we are likely to recoup our outlay in approximately 7 years. We have 12 solar pv panels and a 5.12 kw battery. The system was installed in a timely fashion once our order was confirmed. The inverter and battery and associated wiring was all completed in a manner that was neat and tidy (see photo).
I can thoroughly recommend Tipsgrove Eco based on my experience.

Tipsgrove have been amazing.
Had my system since Oct 22, in that time it has made over 6 MWh. Through my supplier I get back 15p per KWh on SEG, not FIT.
The 6 KWh system with 3 (3.6 KW) batteries is very efficient.
Being frugal, we basically get free electricity for 9 months of the year.
During that time, I get paid (through SEG) on average, 3x my daily out goings.
Should have fitted these earlier, although the cost of fitting them has greatly reduced, with the price of Electricity as it is, this is a,
No Brainer.

As a local company, John and his team are on hand for any issues that's arisen.

We had 10 panels and 1 battery fitted a year ago to help with the rising electricity prices and help power our 2 year old ASHP.
Had been meaning to leave feedback earlier but didn’t get round to it.
Have been having a little trouble with the APP monitoring the system so rang the office and John and Alex popped in(40 miles away), climbed into our attic space and checked the system was still working, which it was, and advised on an APP upgrade.
Very efficient, exceptional customer service from both office staff and on site staff.

I’ve recently had a solar pv system fitted to my 3 bedroom house and have noticed a massive savings on my electricity bill, not to mention I no longer need to use oil to heat our hot water! I couldn’t recommend Tipsgrove eco enough, John and Alex were professional and got the job done very efficiently. Customer service was exceptional and my emails were all responded to very quickly. My next steps will be adding a battery to the system and then an ASHP in the near future with Tipsgrove eco

Prompt and professional service. My solar panel system was installed in an efficient and timely manner by friendly, knowledgeable staff. John and James in particular were excellent in explaining the workings of the system and the pricing was competitive. Have used for PV Panels which was good saved significant energy. Heat pump, this was not initially good as was not set up correctly in summer. It took 2 months to get a visit and now installation operating much better and in line with expectations.

Terrible customer service. We have not got anywhere near what we paid for and now they just ignore my emails and phonecalls. They were called Solar Living when we started dealing with them. In summary this is what we paid for and what we got: Paid for a 6kW PV array- we got an array that never delivers more than 4.5kW, probably because they installed a 5kW inverter; Paid for a 2.4 kW battery - we got a battery that has NEVER charged and we have subsequently found out isn't even connected to our house (!) and finally a solar thermal panel and tank which we think works but has no certification whatsoever and has completely discoloured (we had two different versions of what that meant from Solar Living/Tipsgrove Eco Park). I am so disappointed with the whole experience and frankly feel totally conned.
