I had a sensor issue with one of my tires, which the team was able to diagnose.
But only after being told that they would look at my car quickly to determine if it would make more sense to schedule an appointment for a different day. It took 2 hours for them to complete the “quick” look and then another 40+ minutes to replace the faulty sensor.

I would have appreciated having a better time estimation provided rather than wasting a large part of my day waiting.

I walked into the place and there were three employees sitting around. None of them said hello. Welcome in nothing I go to the counter and I ask how much would it be to plug a tire? The dude says $20 I said okay. Do you want to come look at it? He said yeah sure he'll go dude came out. These are brand new tires. I got them at least 2 months ago and the man told me he couldn't fix the tire because of the position that the nail was in BS. I will never go here. I do not recommend anyone go in here. Customer service is awful. It's just bad. No thank you..

I had to get a tire replaced and went in without an appointment. Remi was so nice about it, helping so much and was able to get my tire replaced within 20 minutes. So appreciative and thankful he was there to help and make an emergency tire issue less stressful!

I took my car in on Saturday on 10/12/24 after a blowout on my front right tire. I was quickly checked-in also asking for a brake inspection. Within a few hours, Remy called to let me know the tire had been replaced under warranty and the brakes looked good. Typically, one might anticipate that such a car/tire repair shop might take the opportunity to "find" other issues - rather I felt like the Tires Plus team are trusted partners in helping me take care of my car. I have frequented this Tires Plus location for the last 10+ years and have worked with Paul and his team before and have always received great service. Kudos to Paul, Remy and the rest of the team for doing such a great job and being such a great team. I look forward to working with them again in the future. Laura Boehm

DO NOT COME HERE!! This is the worst place to bring your car for any sort of maintenance. I made an appointment on Saturday for an alignment and to fix a slow leak on my tire. They told me it’ll be done by the end of the day. Everything seemed fine but then they called me an hour till closing and told me that my tire was not fixable and that they would order me new one since I have warranty. I then asked if they at least did my alignment and the guy told me they didn’t even KNOW I also wanted that done. He then proceeded to tell me he’d get it all done by tomorrow morning. I call the next morning and guess what? My car is STILL not done. The new guy told me he thought I was going to pick it up on Monday! I told him absolutely not it was supposed to be done today. The guy told me he’d get it done in an hour. After that mess I FINALLY get my car and everything seemed fine right? Wrong. The same tire is now flat a few weeks later and come to find out they never did my alignment and they put everything back horribly. They charged me for a service they didn’t even do. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. This is extremely unprofessional and disgusting that they would take advantage of me just because I’m a girl and they think I’d be too dumb to find out. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

After reading the reviews, I had very low expectations. My experience was great. Very friendly staff. Service was completed in a very timely manner. Took about an hour for 2 new tires, mounted, balanced and rotated. They didn't present me with a giant list of work I didn't need, and even got me a little discount.

Edit: a month after new tire instalation, my tire was flat. Calling the actual store was completely useless. The gentleman was not only very rude, basically told me I was shit out of luck.
I placed a call to the 800# on the website, they very quickly put me in touch with the district manager. He was very nice and sent us to a sister store. Who had us fixed up in no time. They were happy to fix Quesbec st mistake.
Lesson.......trust the reviews! Don't visit this location

I did not have service done here, but the guy at the desk today allowed me to use his jump pack to try to get my car running. It did not work, but I was able to tighten my terminals and get my car to start after they had left. I really appreciate them giving me a hand
